Types of Yoga
General Yoga: A medium paced practice suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa: A dynamic and flowing practice that works in rhythm with breath. Suitable for all levels. (Not suitable for pregnant women.)
Vin/Yin Yoga: A combination of two styles of yoga. The first half of the session is dynamic flowing practice that follows the rhythm of your breath. This followed by a slow grounding practice with deep stretches. Poses are held for longer periods of time assisting in activating the deep tissue and stretching ligaments. Vinyasa helps release negative energy pent up in the mind and body and Yin helps to restore steadiness and mindfulness.
Meditation & Pranayama: Practising mindfulness, guided meditation and working through different breathing techniques. Pranayama is the practice of breath control. Benefits are shared with you in the class.

5 Class Pass: $70 ( Valid for 60 days)
10 Class pass: $130 (Valid for 60 days)

Meditation Class: $10
Bolster: $40 Eye Pillow (Silk/Cotton with Organic Lavender): $15
