Why is it essential to practice yoga in Winter?
Your body needs a constant reminder to move. 
Consciously focusing on your breath and movement is the key to keeping yourself pain free and flexible, especially through this cold weather.
Learn poses to help keep the spine and the joints supple
through winter.
You will be guided through a series of warm ups, twists and back-bends, in conjunction with breathing techniques.
Taking you through simple and intermediate postures so you can choose what works for you best.
